We’re at Calle de Cima 17 (Carrer de Cima, 17, bajo), 07011 Palma, in the Ponent neighbourhood, with the salon at street level. Use the “Directions” link in the contact section to open the route in Google Maps, or send us a WhatsApp message if you need directions before your appointment.
We’re open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. The salon is closed on Sundays. We recommend booking ahead, especially for longer services such as balayage or organic straightening, so we can set aside all the time your hair needs.
Yes. The easiest way is to book online on Booksy, which is available in English: you can see every service with its duration and pick the slot that suits you. You’re also welcome to message us on WhatsApp in English, or call us on +34 645 97 97 95. Please note that the detailed service pages on this website are in Spanish.
Balayage starts from €150 and the session takes around 3 h 30 min, according to our Booksy menu. The final price depends on the length and density of your hair and the result you’re after, so we assess it with you before we begin. Plan for a relaxed visit: it’s work we never rush.
A first set of 2D or 3D extensions takes around 1 h 45 min (€45), and Russian volume about 2 h (€65). With the right care, extensions last several weeks; to keep them looking their best, you book regular refills of 1 h 10 min to 1 h 15 min (€35). We give you aftercare tips when we finish.
Organic straightening is priced by the product your hair needs: €4 per gram of product, starting from €160, and it takes about 3 h. We always explain the quote before we start.
Yes, we accept card payments in the salon, so there’s no need to bring cash. And if you’re in for a longer service, such as balayage or organic straightening, which can take several hours, there’s Wi-Fi available while we work on your hair.
